About Our Cheese Seekh Kebab

Seekh kebab is a North Indian grill classic, and at Rockfort we give it our own twist by folding melted cheese into the centre of every skewer. The lamb is minced fine and hand-kneaded with ginger-garlic paste, green chili, garam masala, and fresh coriander until it holds together perfectly on the skewer.

Each kebab is shaped by hand around a core of cheese, then grilled directly over live flame so the outside chars while the cheese inside turns soft and molten. Served hot off the grill with mint chutney, sliced onions, and a wedge of lemon, it's a dish built for sharing at the table.
